Record growth in North America

Independence Day

Today we celebrate the national day of the United States, and the phenomenal growth of VistaJet and its parent company Vista in North America. Vista is proud to have roots in the US — with offices across the country and an operational hub in Fort Lauderdale — and will continue to support clients across the number one market for private aviation, and around the world.

Throughout the last year, Vista has seen positive uplift in inbound flights to North America, indicating a considerable comeback to pre-pandemic levels. Vista owns over 170 aircraft and has access to an alliance fleet of over 2,100 jets — with 60% of the fleet now based in the U.S.

Since its inception, Vista has become the number one charter operator in the world by hours flown, reaching 123,000 flight hours in 2020.

VistaJet alone has experienced a sharp rise in first-time fliers, including a 25% increase in new subscription memberships in North America. 26% of VistaJet’s total global flights during 2020, also came from the US, reaffirming the importance of the region.

Leona Qi, President, VistaJet US said: “VistaJet is poised to be at the forefront of North American travel. This Summer we are already seeing an influx of bookings, with demand driving over 60% of our group fleet to the US, and our clients expressing a heightened interest in Colorado as well destinations across the Northeast such as the Hamptons, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard.”

The Vista group of companies is working hard for our clients every day to serve them anytime, anywhere. Ensuring the complete safety and security of passengers and our Vista team members remains of paramount importance.
