NBAA VBACE Giveaway

VistaJet will be exhibiting online, on December. 2-3 at NBAA’s new virtual trade show VBACE.

We’re offering you the chance to join us at VBACE, by giving away 5 free passes to the show. Passes will allow entrants access to VistaJet’s booth, online sessions and much more.

To enter the giveaway and have the chance to win a free VBACE pass, simply tag your name on our LinkedIn giveaway post and like it. The winners will be given a unique registration code to access the exhibition –valid from December. 2-3.

*Terms and Conditions:

  1. The giveaway period runs from Monday 30th, November to Tuesday, 1st, December 2020
  2. To enter the giveaway, hosted on VistaJet’s LinkedIn page, entrants must comment their name and like the competition post.
  3. This giveaway is open to people aged 18 and over. VistaJet may ask at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  5. Each winner shall be entitled to receive one (1) pass to NBAA’s VBACE (the “Prize”). The Prize will be delivered by VistaJet to each winner, via email and will be valid from Wednesday 2nd to end of day Thursday the 3rd of December.
  6. VistaJet will choose (5) winners at random from the valid entries after the expiration of the giveaway period. All entries must be submitted in accordance with section 2 above during the giveaway period or they will not be eligible for selection. VistaJet’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged, and there is no monetary alternative.
  8. Entrants must agree to these terms and conditions to be eligible to participate in the giveaway and win a Prize. By entering the giveaway, the entrant accepts to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. Employees of VistaJet are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
  10. The winners shall be notified on the LinkedIn account submitted as part of the entry within 5 hours of expiration of the competition period. If a winner does not acknowledge and respond to VistaJet’s communication within 24 hours of the initial LinkedIn message identifying them as a winner, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the prize and an alternate entrant will be selected.
  11. The winners acknowledge and accept that their VBACE pass may be revoked or withdrawn at any time by NBAA.
  12. Data collected as part of the competition will be temporarily and securely stored only for purposes of administering the giveaway. VistaJet will process entrants’ personal data as set out in the VistaJet Privacy Policy available at https://www.vistajet.com/privacy-policy. VistaJet accepts no liability for any loss or damage that results from the prize. VistaJet reserves the right to cancel or modify giveaway details if circumstances beyond VistaJet’s control require it, including but not limited to the prize, the end date of the competition or the outright cancellation of the competition. VistaJet accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by alterations or cancellation of the prize. Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant competition page at www.vistajet.com. This competition shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
