In April 2025, VistaJet Members embarked on an exclusive journey through some of Britain’s most prestigious estates, guided by Lady Violet Manners, founder of HeritageXplore. This bespoke experience offered unparalleled access to historic castles and estates in England and Scotland, blending heritage, luxury, and exceptional hospitality.
Day 1 - Boughton House & Belvoir Castle
Morning: Guests arrived at Boughton House, often referred to as the "English Versailles," and enjoyed a traditional tea service before a private tour of the estate.
Lunch: The group dined in the State Dining Room of Burghley House, followed by a guided tour led by Orlando Rock, owner and Chairman of Christie’s.
Evening: At Belvoir Castle, the Duke and Duchess of Rutland welcomed guests for an exclusive black-tie dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 - Belvoir Castle & Scone Palace
Morning: After breakfast in Belvoir Castle's private dining room, guests participated in a personal tour with the Duke of Rutland.
Lunch: A sumptuous lunch was served at Belvoir Castle before a scenic flight to Scone Palace in Scotland.
Evening: Upon arrival at Scone Palace, guests were greeted and escorted to their rooms. Dinner was enjoyed at the very table where Queen Victoria dined in 1842.
Day 3 - Scone Palace & Glamis Castle
Morning: Breakfast in Scone Palace's state dining room was followed by a private tour with Viscount Stormont.
Lunch: Guests were chauffeured to Glamis Castle, where they lunched in the State Dining Room with the Earl of Strathmore before a private tour of the castle.
Evening: Dinner was served in Scone Palace's state dining room, accompanied by a whisky tasting session.
Day 4 - Blair Atholl
Morning:A scenic drive led guests to Blair Atholl Castle, where they explored the extraordinary private collection of state rooms belonging to the Troughton family. Bertie Troughton personally guided the tour and shared the discovery of the world's oldest whisky found at the castle.
Lunch: Guests enjoyed lunch at Tulliemet House before visiting the renowned House of Bruar for a quintessential Scottish shopping experience.
This meticulously curated journey provided guests with an immersive experience into the rich history, beauty, and culture of Britain's most esteemed estates, leaving them with memories to last a lifetime.
