VistaJet commits to being fully carbon neutral across its entire business by 2025.
Since starting our journey in January 2020, VistaJet is constantly evolving, innovating and investing to set new standards for a reduced environmental impact — both on the ground and with its fleet of aircraft, and also on board in cabins to help drive positive change across its operations.
611,520 tons of CO2 offset since launching our partnership with South Pole.
Over 85% of VistaJet Members have opted to compensate for their flights by investing in carbon credits.
Fuel consumption reduced by 8% due to ongoing investments in technology and AI.
90% of single use items on board our aircraft have been replaced by sustainable alternatives.
“This means changing the way we operate, to benefit not only our clients, but the whole global community. The industry as a whole must step up to combat climate change and its impact today — its the right thing to do and we all have to act now.”
Thomas Flohr, Founder and Chairman, VistaJet

Outlined below are the sustainable projects VistaJet currently has in place to reach carbon neutrality.
Using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) significantly and directly reduces Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions — in its neat form, SAF can reduce total lifecycle COâ‚‚ emissions by over 85% compared to conventional jet fuel.
SAF is a liquid and clean substitute for fossil jet fuel, produced from sustainable resources like waste oils and agricultural residues.
The Global 7500 is the first business jet to receive an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
High-speed transonic wings cut down on drag, reducing fuel burn and emissions while its GE Passport Engines have a reduced fuel consumption of approximately 2.5 litres per functional unit.
Third-party audits are the only way to ensure we are meeting our pledges.
Extensive Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) audits enables VistaJet to identify the carbon footprint of its operations and offices worldwide in order to define further sustainability opportunities and priorities.
Through investment in AI and machine-learning technology, VistaJet is working on predictive route algorithms to minimize ferry flights and reduce fuel consumption.
To date, using the FLIGHTKEYS 5D flight management system, the company has been able to optimize route, altitude and speed resulting in reducing fuel consumption by 8% per flight.
VistaJet and its clients are compensating for the emissions generated by their fuel consumption, that are not yet able to be reduced through operational activities. Together with leading sustainability solutions experts South Pole, we support emission reduction projects of exceptional quality that adhere to the highest environmental standards and hold additional environmental and social certifications.
Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria are increasingly frequent procurement requirements for corporations.
