Flexible travel to support you through regulation changes

As the pandemic evolves, countries are adapting new policies to minimize the impact of COVID-19 and increase safety.

From January 26, the United States will require all passengers arriving into the country to get tested for COVID-19 no more than three days before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result. Similarly, travelers departing for the United Kingdom must take a COVID-19 test up to 72 hours before their flight – which must also show a negative result.

These new requirements might mean that many people will have to rearrange their flights last minute, with potential losses on their bookings.
