Crewplanner (m/f)
In order to strengthen our Salzburg based team, we are looking for an experienced Crewplanner.
Activities / Responsibilities:
- Preparation of crew duty plans acc. statutory provisions
- Resource planning / scheduling of flight crews
- Coordination of crew accommodation and transportation
- Information of the crew in case of changes to the duty plan
- Coordination in case of sickness or other unavailability on short notice
- Monitoring and control of daily rotation (AOG, A/C changes) and its effects on the crew duty
- Working with and updating the respective databases/programs
Abilities / Requirements:
- Profound knowledge of crew flight duty, rest times and the statutory background (EU OPS Subpart Q)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of crew planning
- Knowledge of flight/crew planning tools (e.g. AIMS)
- High determination, service orientation and ability to work in a team
- High flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Fit in MS Office and other data processings
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- German beneficial
- Fit for shift work
