Flight Dispatch Personnel (m/f)

In order to strengthen our Salzburg based team, we are looking for experienced Ground Operations / Flight Dispatch Personnel.

Activities / Responsibilities:

• Arrangement of ground services (handling, ground transport, crew HOTAC etc)
• Preparation of crew briefings and operational flight plans
• Ensuring that all flight planning tasks and preparations comply with all relevant
• international and national regulations & requirements
• Organization of overflight and landing permits
• Monitoring of current flight ops situation & performance
• Coordination between all other departments associated with VistaJet´s operations
• Other tasks associated with fulfillment of flights

Abilities / Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team whilst working on own initiative
• Capacity to work under pressure, to deadlines in a fast-changing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Knowledge of PPS advantageous although not essential
• Must be prepared to work on a shift basis covering 24/7 operations
• Flight Dispatch license preferable as is experience in business aviation
• Minimum 3 years experience in Operations / Dispatch essential
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) essential, other languages would be an advantage
