Our operating principle is to treat every client individually.

Broadly, there are two ways to use VistaJet – using a Program or on an ‘On Demand’ basis. Either way, you will be guaranteed the highest level of service, quality, safety and value.

A Program could mean that you buy a Bombardier jet from us and lease it back to us. In effect, you own it, you use it as much as you want and we manage it and create revenue for you when you are not using it. And you could also use other jets in our fleet, as and when you need.

Another alternative is that you purchase an agreed number of flying hours per year and have guaranteed availability. In this scenario you would not own or part-own a particular jet – you would own a number of flying hours and have the use of the VistaJet fleet. You might commit to the number of hours you require annually without taking on any asset risk, at lower costs than fractional and traditional aircraft leases.

If you preferred, you could use VistaJet ‘On Demand’.

Or you could use a combination of Program and On Demand. It’s entirely up to you. Whatever solution you have, it will be optimized on the basis of:

• The amount of flying you do
• The type of aircraft you prefer
• The distances you fly
• Your desire for ownership
• Your budget
• Your ability to plan and commit to a Program
