Press Release 2010
VistaJet Volcanic Ash Statement
Monday, 19th April 2010
Whilst a partially airspace ban is still in existence due to the volcanic ash
cloud from Iceland, VistaJet continues its flight operations as usual
in all unaffected regions. These include Asia, Africa, the Americas, the
Middle East and parts of Europe.
Despite the ongoing eruption, it has also been reported that Eurocontrol has
partial cleared certain European airspaces – for constant updates please visit
www.eurocontrol.int
Thomas Flohr, founder and chairman of VistaJet said: "Safety is our
paramount concern and we will resume flights to all regions as soon as
the ban is lifted. All our aircrafts are flying and bookable in those
areas not affected. Our operations remain as normal, particularly in
Asia, Africa and the Middle East.”
However, due to higher demand, we recommend booking more in advance. For
