Thomas Flohr is the Founder and Chairman of VistaJet Holding SA. In 2004, driven by his passion for and desire to create and provide an unrivalled private aviation experience, Flohr established VistaJet. Today, with its revolutionary business model and commitment to excellence, VistaJet is the world’s fastest growing private aviation company with the largest wholly-owned commercial fleet outside the Americas.
In 1985 Flohr joined Comdisco where he was appointed European President. Within a few years he had steered the company into becoming a leading provider in the IT financing sector, transforming a start-up into a DEM1 Billion turnover enterprise. In 1999, Flohr was appointed President of Comdisco (Finance) Worldwide and in 2002/03 acquired Comdisco Switzerland and Germany – now Comprendium Holding SA, one of the leading independent providers of structured financing solutions in the German-speaking world.
Flohr studied Business and Political Sciences at Ludwig-Maximillian University in Munich. He is a citizen of Switzerland and has one daughter.
