IT Administrator
Key Requirements:
Desired Skills & Experience :
- minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Degree in an IT related field
- Customer service oriented
- Very good English communication
Hardware:
- HP Servers
- Storage (HP,EMC)
- HP Fibre switches
Operating Systems:
- Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008
- Windows Client XP and Windows 7
- Apple Mac OS X 10.x
- Experience with Unix and Linux (installation, administration, fine tuning, etc)
Other Technologies:
- Experience with virtualization concepts and tools, preferably VMWare ESXi 4./ 5.1 and VMWare vCenter
- Good Experience with Exchange Server 2007 and Active Directory
- Experience with Backup and Restore (preferably Symantec Backup Exec)
- Experience with Blackberry Server and blackberry configuration
- Experience with Exchange Server and email account configuration
- Good knowledge on hardware configuration for PCs
- Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP Server, DNS Server)
- VPN and firewall configuration/administration
Advantageous:
- Oracle Weblogic and/or oracle database exposure
- Oracle Business Process Management exposure
- Cisco Call Manager Express knowledge would be a plus
- Scripting in ksh, bsh and Windows (dos)
