IT Administrator

Key Requirements:

Hardware:

• HP, IBM Servers
• Storage (HP. IBM)
• Blade Center

Operating Systems:

• Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008
• Windows Client XP and Windows 7
• Good Experience with Exchange Server 2007 and Active Directory
• Experience with Unix and Linux (installation, administration, fine tuning, etc)
• Experience with Backup and Restore (ex: Symantec Backup exec)

Experience with virtualization concepts and tools such as:

• VMWare (Vm host Server installation, configuration and connecting to the Storage via Fibre channel)
• Oracle VM
• Experience with Blackberry Server and blackberry configuration
• Experience with Exchange Server and email account configuration
• Good knowledge on hardware configuration for PCs
• Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP Server, DNS Server)
• VPN and firewall configuration/administration
• Very good English communication

Advantageous:

• German fluency
• Oracle Weblogic and/or oracle database exposure
• Oracle Business Process Management exposure
• Cisco Call Manager Express knowledge would be a plus
• Degree in any IT related subject
• Scripting in ksh, bsh and Windows (dos)
